How to Measure
Chest
Measured with the measuring tape around your chest, below the armpits, at the point where the chest is biggest. Make sure to keep the tape horizontal all the way around. Ensure the tape is snug but not tight.
Waist
Find your natural waistline, usually just above your belly button. Wrap the tape around this area without pulling it too tight. Keep the tape level all the way around.
Neck base
Wrap the tape around the base of your neck, just above your collarbones. Should follow the base of the neck without being horizontal. Allow enough room for comfort.
Across shoulder cm
Measure from the outer edge of one shoulder to the other, in a straight horizontal line across your back.
